Empirical analysis of ABLE Act effects on disposable income, wages, employment, and asset building. State-year adoption panel from 2016 to present. Impact modeling for policymakers. Sponsorship framework for non-federal employer partnerships. Developer API for machine access.

The Evidence Dashboard summarizes what we know.

It presents effect estimates on disposable income, wage income, employment, and labor-force participation from a modern staggered-treatment design using the state-year rollout of ABLE programs from 2016. The State-Year Data page provides the underlying panel with downloadable CSV. Impact Calculator lets a policymaker or analyst model age-expansion impact for a specific state or congressional district.
